RETURNS POLICY

At TECHZA, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality products, each comprising brand-new components to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Our returns and warranty policies are designed to protect the integrity of our products and provide peace of mind to our customers.

Change Of Mind:

Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage customers to review their selections carefully before finalising their purchases.

Once an order is placed, significant administrative and operational processes are initiated in the background, including inventory allocation, fraud checks, and preparation for assembly and despatch. As such, any request to cancel an order that has already been confirmed will incur a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee, which covers the labour and resources already expended.

Product Faults & Defects:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are experiencing any issues with your item or believe your product has a fault or defect within its warranty period, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will arrange for the product to be returned to our workshop for assessment. If a fault or defect is confirmed by our technicians, we will cover all associated courier fees and provide a suitable remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or a full refund, at our discretion.

Please do not arrange your own shipping. Instead, our warranty support team, will generate a prepaid return shipping label and coordinate a courier pickup at a time that suits you. This ensures proper handling and tracking of the return. Nebula PC will not be liable for any costs, damages, or losses incurred if the product is returned via any transport method not organised through our official support process. No monetary reimbursement or compensation of any kind will be provided for unauthorised return shipping.

Should the returned product be found free of faults or defects, the customer will be responsible for covering the courier fees incurred for the return shipment.

3 Years Return-To-Base Warranty:

All our products come with a comprehensive three-year Return to Base (RTB) warranty. This warranty covers any defects in each individual component under normal use during the warranty period. During this time, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
